Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items must be returned in original clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking information) and shipped back within 7 days of approval.
• If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the return window starts when the last package is delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:
• Beauty products
• Bodysuits
• Face masks
• Intimates & lingerie
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
• Openpack Wholesale Orders
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at Info@mystiqueandco.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
2. Ship the Return: Once your return is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within 7 days at your own cost.
3. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. We will notify you via email once your refund is issued.
Important Notes
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error.
• Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the return is processed.
• If you paid via a third-party service (e.g., PayPal, credit card, etc.), please allow time for the refund to appear on your statement.
